Tonight for dinner, My FIL made a beef and potato stewish thing. It was good but I’m not sure what he put in it. I had a bowl but tried not to take so many pieces of potato (they were small). I also put 1/4 of an avocado on top. Nom nom. I was having another sweet tooth so I peeled and cubed an apple and nuked it with Saigon cinnamon for 5ish minutes, stirred it, and topped it with a spoonful of homemade pecan butter. Omg.
