My Daily amusements and struggles with diet and nutrition in Southwest Texas.

Today started good, got up (late), did body weight training routine.  Had a great breakfast like yesterday (veggie kabob, eggs, mandarin).  Lunch was late, but I sauteed some onion, tomato, and serrano pepper in olive oil and threw in a can of sardines in oil.  I love those mandarins so much I had another one for my dessert after lunch.  Beautiful day here today. 

Why do people lose all driving skills in a H.E.B. parking lot…
